  Make sure that the jewel is available for the day you chose.
• 3 Complete the payment
  Use your credit card (prepaid or cash-point cards are not accepted).
• 4 Receive the jewel
  Wear the jewel for your event.
• 5 Return the jewel
  Deliver back the jewel to the carrier.

TNT or UPS will deliver the jewel at the address you entered during the registration.

Shipping cost, including return, is € 60 for EU Countries and € 100 for non-EU Countries.

Orders entered before 11.30am will be dispatched within the day, while the orders entered in the following hours will be dispatched on the following day. Delivery time in EU is within the third and the seventh working day. No delivery on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

For rentals starting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the item will be delivered on the day before; for rentals starting Saturday, Sunday or Monday the item will be delivered on the prior Friday.

Jewmia will send you an e-mail with all the details first, then a TNT/UPS e-mail will give you details about date, time slot and type of package to deliver/withdraw. You will find the jewel in a case inside the packaging, together with a numbered tamper-proof envelope.

At the end of the rental period Jewmia.com will contact the carrier. You will be informed by e-mail. Afterwards, TNT or UPS will send you an e-mail with the details about the package you have to return and the withdrawal date and time slot. Print the document and hand it to the carrier.

Please note that the jewel must be returned inside its original, perfectly-sealed case and package. Please check that the package is well closed: TNT or UPS will only accept parcels with tamper-proof envelopes.

For rentals starting Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the item must be returned on the following Monday, whereas for all the other days items will be withdrawn on the day after. When a rent starts on a working day followed by one or more public holidays, the item must be returned on the first available working day.

In order to ensure your data protection, credit card information will be handled only with POS VIRTUALE di BNP PARIBAS, a certified payment system following the strictest security parameters by Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. E-BNL POSITIVITY service by BNP PARIBAS will guarantee a safe payment, handled after the strictest privacy and sensitive data safety rules. Jewmia.com won't have any access to your data.

For each jewel, 25% of the retail value of the item, of the rate amount and of shipping charges will be held on your credit card; as soon as the jewel returns to its starting site, the security holding deposit will be returned to you (the customer won't be charged for possible jewel accidents during the transport; small scratches will be considered normal wearing signs, whereas possible permanent damages or missing return will be considered and charged to the customer), while the amounts of the hiring and shipping rate will be handled.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS circuit credit cards.

An e-mail will send you first the bill, which will be afterwards delivered to you by ordinary mail as soon as Jewmia receives back the item, at the address you entered when you signed up.
